Commercial Usage

This page describes the standard intended use of delivered SceneScale files. The final proposal and invoice remain controlling if they contain project-specific terms.

1. Included commercial use

After full payment, delivered final files may be used by the client for its own online store, marketplaces, organic social media, paid advertising, email marketing, presentations and related brand communications.

2. Client responsibility

The client must own or be authorised to use the product, brand names, trademarks, packaging, source photographs and other supplied materials. The client remains responsible for product claims, regulated information and publication compliance.

3. Excluded uses

Resale of SceneScale files as stock assets, templates or standalone downloadable products is not included unless agreed in writing. Rights in SceneScale production methods, prompts, workflows and reusable systems remain with SceneScale.

4. Third-party rights

Use involving third-party brands, copyrighted designs, licensed characters or other protected materials requires appropriate permission from the rights holder.

5. Portfolio use

SceneScale does not publish source materials or finished client work in its portfolio without separate permission.
