That is the core requirement. Shape, recognizable proportions, materials, labels and packaging are reviewed before delivery. Products with difficult reflections or transparent parts may require several reference angles.
Which source photos work best?+
Upload original, sharp camera files with the full product visible. A front view plus additional side, rear or detail angles improves accuracy. Soft daylight or even indoor lighting works best.
What is reviewed before payment?+
We review source suitability, package scope, specialist-production needs, VAT treatment and the expected delivery window. During the current founding phase, no paid production is opened until official company details are published.
What happens after payment is enabled?+
After scope confirmation, the client receives a secure payment step. Product accuracy and the visual direction are then established before the complete production set is finished.
How long does production take?+
The delivery window is confirmed after source review and before payment. Larger packages, transparent packaging, mirrored materials and text-heavy products may require more production time.
What counts as a revision?+
A revision round is one consolidated list of changes to the agreed styling, setting or correctable product details. A completely new concept or new source product is outside the original revision round.
What if a label or product detail is wrong?+
Demonstrable product inaccuracies such as incorrect shape, missing parts or damaged packaging text are corrected before final delivery within the approved scope.
Can I use the files commercially?+
Yes. Delivered visuals are intended for your own store, marketplaces, organic social and paid advertising. Usage involving third-party trademarks requires you to have the necessary rights or permission.
Are my uploads private?+
Uploads are used to evaluate and produce your project. They are not published in the portfolio without separate permission. The exact storage and deletion policy is described in the Upload Policy and Privacy Policy.
Do you use artificial intelligence?+
Yes. SceneScale combines AI-assisted production with human art direction, correction, selection, upscaling and product-accuracy quality control.
